The hotel is situated a bit far from the ski lifts but close enough to walk into town. The rooms, while lacking heating, were good, and our request for a kettle was eventually fulfilled. The bathrooms were warm and clean, featuring a bath. However, the storage was limited, and the safe was too small for a mid-sized iPad.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms perfect for socializing with a brilliant barmen, though lacking heating which required us to carry ski boots each night. The service was welcoming and professional, overcoming booking issues promptly. The location is fabulous for evening entertainment and exploring the resort, near the center of Sauze. The dining experience was inconsistent with cold, stale food but offered good Buffet options.
